As part of our homecare services for children, we also offer advice and guidance to parents on a variety of topics related to child health and development, including nutrition, exercise, and safety.
Why Residential Care?
Home care services for children with various daily care needs. These services can be provided at home, in a community setting, or in a healthcare facility. Alpha Children Care services for children are designed to improve the quality of life for children with chronic or acute medical conditions, disabilities, or who are recovering from an injury or illness.
At Alpha Children Care, our residential services are centered on empowering young individuals to cultivate their social, emotional, independence, and functional skills. We aim to equip them with coping mechanisms for the future and guide them towards resilience and well-being.
Who is our Support for?
Our support is for children from the ages of 8 years up to their 17th birthday and beyond in certain circumstances. We cater to those with a range of complex social, emotional, educational, and behavioural needs. These may include the following:
- Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs
- Sexually harmful behaviour and risk of offending
- Risk of child sexual exploitation (CSE)
- Complex emotional trauma
- Moderate learning disabilities
- Attachment disorder
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Past criminal and anti-social behaviours
